The Indianapolis Bonsai Club was founded in 1968 to promote interest in and appreciation of Bonsai. Our members are a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of skills and expertise.

Club meetings are the first Wednesday of every month and are held at the Garfield Park Conservatory on the near south side of Indianapolis. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. Annual dues are $25. For more information, complete and submit the "contact us" form.

Next Meeting:  Wednesday, April 1

After a short business meeting, we will be doing a Lace Rock planting workshop.  You must me a member of the Indianapolis Bonsai Club to participate in this workshop.  We have many sizes of rock available, the cost will be based on the size of the rock, but these will be wholesale prices, ranging between $15-$25.    We will have about eight varieties of small trees which can be used for this project.  Trees will be $6 each.  Depending on the size of the rock used, each project will likely use 3 to 5 trees.  Soil, wire and muck will be provided by the club.  If you have access to fresh moss, collect some and bring it to the April meeting!

Early enrollment for the 2015 MABA Convention starts Sunday, February 15th!  Sign up early to get the best possible price and to reserve your space in one of the many great workshops.  For more information and registration information please click:
