Indianapolis Bonsai Club


The Indianapolis Bonsai Club was founded in 1968 to promote interest in and appreciation of Bonsai. Our members are a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of skills and expertise.

Club meetings are the first Wednesday of every month and are held at the Garfield Park Conservatory on the near south side of Indianapolis. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. Annual dues are $25. For more information, complete and submit the "contact us" form. 

Auction Time!

The IBC's next meeting is Wednesday, September 5th. from 7pm-9pm

There will be no regular program and no business meeting.  This will be our annual member's only auction.  Club members may bring bonsai and bonsai related items to sell.  There will be both a live auction and a silent auction.  All items for the live auction will have NO reserve and NO minimum bid.  Items with a reserve or minimum opening bid must be entered in the silent auction.  Please have your auction forms ready by the start of the auction at 7pm.

Additional Information:

The IBC keeps 20% of the selling price of auctioned items.

Winning bidders must pay for their items the night of the auction.  Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or credit card. 

Note to sellers:  You will not receive payment the night of the auction.  Rather, the IBC will mail you a check for your selling items, less the club's 20% auction fee.
