Indianapolis Bonsai Club


The Indianapolis Bonsai Club was founded in 1968 to promote interest in and appreciation of Bonsai. Our members are a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of skills and expertise.

Club meetings are the first Wednesday of every month and are held at the Garfield Park Conservatory on the near south side of Indianapolis. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. Annual dues are $25. For more information, complete and submit the "contact us" form. 

Spring Bonsai Show at the IMA April 18 & 19

The Indianapolis Museum of Art is hosting a spring bonsai show in conjunction with their annual Perennial Premiere event.  The Bonsai show will be at the IMA's Garden Terrace.  The bonsai show is open from 10 AM - 5 PM on Saturday, April 18.  The show is open from noon - 4 PM on Sunday.  Regular IMA ticket fees apply.

Subject:  Air layering and grafting.  During this meeting, IBC members and guests will learn about air layering and grafting techniques.  Members are invited to bring in trees in need of grafting and/or air layering.  Will will work on them during the meeting.
