Indianapolis Bonsai Club


The Indianapolis Bonsai Club was founded in 1968 to promote interest in and appreciation of Bonsai. Our members are a diverse group of individuals with a wide range of skills and expertise.

Club meetings are the first Wednesday of every month and are held at the Garfield Park Conservatory on the near south side of Indianapolis. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. Annual dues are $25. For more information, complete and submit the "contact us" form. 

Join us for our annual Spring Bonsai Show at the Garfield Park Conservatory - June 3 & 4

Show Hours:  Saturday, June 3rd:  10 AM - 5 PM

Sunday, June 4th:  1 PM - 5 PM

Admission is $4 per person or $10 per family

Meeting Topics:

IBC member Ron Fraley will discuss the findings of his research on the study of how the colors of bonsai pots influence soil temperature.

IBC Member Mark Fields just returned from the World Bonsai Convention in Japan.  Mark will have a presentation on the convention and some of his other travels throughout Japan.
